Confirmation Policy

1. All reservations are welcome!
2. A non-refundable Confirmation fee is charged at time of booking.
3. Full payment for all Bookings is due 30 days prior to arrival.
4. only paid bookings are guaranteed

Cancellation Policy

1. Confirmation Fee is Non-Refundable
2. 31 days or more prior to arrival: full refund less confirmation fee
3. 30 days or less prior to arrival: Zero refund.
4. No refunds for no shows.
5. No refunds for adventures/Service not taken. Services are not transferable.
6. No refunds if a site is closed beyond our control. Another adventure/tour of equal value will be substituted.
7. If Howler Monkey Resort & Nature Park cancels your service, 100% of your payment made including confirmation fee will be refunded
